HYDRAULIC CYLINDER PISTON

It is a metal part of the cylinder that carries the sealing materials that serve as bedding in the cylinder, that separates the fluid from the end of the cylinder into two, and prevents it from leaking. It is an important part of the cylinder in that the oil under pressure comes to the piston and the pistons turn this hydraulic energy into a mechanical force.

The tolerance amounts that may occur due to high pressure in hydraulic piston design should be calculated very well. Otherwise, it may cause negative results in the entire hydraulic system. At the same time, thanks to the sealing parts on it, the hydraulic oil is prevented from passing into the sleeve.
